Consultation and Cancellation Policies:

  • We do require basic assessment for any initial Aesthetic Procedures and Aesthetic Therapies.
  • Your basic consultation is complimentary. However, we do require 48hrs of advanced notice for any changes, cancellation or reschedules. If you no-show, cancel or reschedule outside of the 48hrs, we will no longer accommodate the complimentary statue and will incur consultation fees at your future appointments.
  • If you are not going to be able to make your appointment, please call us as soon as possible.
     

Aesthetic Therapy:

  • Some of our Aesthetic therapies and Aesthetic Procedures do require a deposit fee that varies but at a minimum $75.00 for new patients. This charge will automatically go towards your scheduled appointment or convert to retail products sold in our clinic. 
***Aesthetic Procedure and Surgical procedures may require different amount, however the same deposit policy applies

  • Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. This outline is a brief information for you to know how we collect, use and protect your information when you engage with us via electronic SMS and Email. We may collect your name, email address, phone number and maybe date of birth to better serve you. We may send you reminders and occasional updates including your pre and post care instructions, promotions, exclusive invitations to events or VIP experiences and may also be used to respond to inquiries. We are committed to maintaining the highest integrity to protect your personal information and therefore will not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes and other transactions unrelated to ours. We may however use a reputable platform to manage our email and sms communications. The communication management company may maintain your contact information only and are not permitted to use it for any purposes other than to provide services communication for DMC Aesthetics.
